Lunch Club Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Lunch Club! To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions. By booking and attending our Lunch Club, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Bookings and Inclusions:
- Packages: We offer two Lunch Club packages:
- Non-Alcoholic Lunch Club: Priced at $49 per person. This includes our Lunch Club food offering of circulating pizza and fries and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Alcoholic Lunch Club: Priced at $69 per person. This includes our Lunch Club food offering of circulating pizza and fries, flowing Prosecco, and three (3) tokens redeemable for selected tapped cocktails.
- Food Offering (Both Packages): Our Lunch Club features a selection of pizzas and fries, which will be circulated and offered to your table throughout your 2-hour seating. While we aim for continuous availability, this is a managed service and not an unlimited supply. We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements notified at the time of booking.
2. Duration and Seating:
Time Limit: Each Lunch Club booking is for a 2-hour seating period. This time limit applies to all food and beverage service, including the flowing items and redemption of cocktail tokens. We kindly request that you arrive on time to make the most of your experience. The 2-hour limit commences from the confirmed booking time.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will try to accommodate late arrivals, your 2-hour seating time may be reduced, and we cannot guarantee extension of service.
Seating Area: Lunch Club bookings are seated exclusively in our raised dining area (mezzanine level). This dedicated space has been selected to ensure an elevated and enjoyable experience for all Lunch Club guests.
3. Beverage Service:
- Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Non-Alcoholic Lunch Club): Guests can enjoy a range of mocktails (redeemed by token), juices, coffee and soft drinks. These will be offered and replenished by staff throughout the 2-hour seating period, subject to fair and reasonable consumption and managed by our staff.
- Alcoholic Lunch Club Beverage Service:
- Flowing Prosecco: Guests who have booked the Alcoholic Lunch Club package will be offered Prosecco, which will be topped up by our staff throughout the 2-hour seating period.
- Managed Service for Prosecco: While the Prosecco is "flowing," this is not an "unlimited" or "bottomless" offering. Service is subject to our Responsible Service of Alcohol policy (see Section 4) and the absolute discretion of our staff. Our team will manage the frequency and volume of top-ups to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to prevent intoxication. We reserve the right to slow down or cease the service of Prosecco to individuals or tables if deemed necessary.
- Token System for Tapped Cocktails: Upon arrival, guests who have booked the Alcoholic Lunch Club package will also receive three (3) tokens. Each token can be redeemed for one (1) selected tapped cocktail from our menu within the 2-hour seating period.
- Tokens are for individual use by the guest who received them and are non-transferable.
- Unused tokens are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, and cannot be used on a future date.
- Cocktails will be served one at a time upon redemption of a token.
- Possession of tokens does not guarantee service if a guest is considered to be approaching intoxication or is intoxicated (see Section 4).
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol, Staff Discretion, and Fair Use:
- We are a licensed venue and are committed to the responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all New Zealand liquor licensing laws and regulations (Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012).
- Our paramount responsibility is the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.
- Staff Discretion is Absolute: Our staff are trained in responsible service practices and are empowered to manage the service of all food and alcoholic beverages. Their decision to slow, pause, or cease service to any individual or table is final. This discretion will be used to:
- Prevent intoxication.
- Refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated or is behaving in a disorderly, disruptive, offensive, or disrespectful manner.
- Refuse service if there is a concern that alcohol is being supplied to minors or already intoxicated persons.
- Manage the overall consumption and atmosphere of the Lunch Club.
- "Flowing" Does Not Mean Unlimited: The terms "flowing" (for Prosecco, pizza, and fries) refer to a style of service where items are offered and replenished by staff throughout the 2-hour period. It does not imply an unlimited or "all-you-can-consume" offering. Service will be managed to ensure fair enjoyment for all guests, prevent wastage, and maintain compliance with our host responsibility obligations.
- Identification: Valid photo identification (NZ Driver Licence, Passport, HANZ 18+ Card) must be presented upon request. Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of service for alcoholic beverages.
- No Refunds: No refunds for the Lunch Club package or for unused tokens will be provided if service is refused or managed due to intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of these terms.
